This policy explains how The Veterinary Center for Operational Wellness handles information collected through this website. It does not cover the medical records your veterinarian holds about your pet — those are governed by your veterinarian's own policies and by New York State law.
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide, along with the practice name, pet details or topic you select. We collect this so we can respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss a surgical case with your veterinarian.
We do not ask for payment details through this website, and you should not send confidential medical records or identifying client information through the contact form. We will reply with a secure route for sharing files.
Solely to answer your enquiry, coordinate surgical scheduling, and communicate with the referring veterinary practice involved in the case. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
The contact form is delivered by a third-party email service, which processes your submission in order to send it to us. Maps embedded on the Location page are served by Google, which may set cookies and receive your IP address when the map loads.
No advertising or analytics trackers are installed on this site at present. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of surgical case correspondence. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email info@operationalwellness.org or call 631-946-8269. You can also decline to use the contact form entirely and reach us by phone.
This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
