Before you come
The center is at 3070 Middle Country Road, Suite 4, Lake Grove, NY 11755. Most owners never need to drive here — but if you do, this is what to know.
The center sits on Middle Country Road (Route 25) in Lake Grove, a few minutes from the Long Island Expressway and Nesconset Highway. Look for Suite 4.
Drop-off times are set by your veterinarian. Arrive with your pet fasted as instructed, bring any medications you were asked to bring, and leave a phone number you will answer all day.
Many procedures happen at your own veterinarian’s hospital. If your case is a mobile one, your veterinarian will give you their address and their schedule — not ours.
